Terms and Conditions Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Rule is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for membership and other necessary matters. Article 2 (The Effectiveness and Change of Rules) 1. This rule takes effect at the same time as membership. 2. The contents of these Rules may be amended if deemed necessary by the Administrator Article 3 (Enrollment and Restriction of Members) 1. Membership is made simultaneously with the reservation. 2. To sign up for membership and provide services, the administrator collects only the following minimum information: Name, email address, phone number 3. In any of the following cases, the member may be deleted or suspended without prior warning: a. In case a member violates his/her duties; b. Where commercial writing is published without the consent of the administrator; Article 4 (Duties of Members) 1. The members shall comply with the matters prescribed by this Rule and the matters announced. 2. The members must accurately fill out the required information for the reservation. The member is responsible for any damage caused by incorrect information. 3. After booking, you must confirm your reservation via My Page or email. Article 5 (Duties of Management Operators) 1. The member's personal information shall not be divulged or used for commercial purposes without his/her consent. However, if there is a request from a related agency based on the relevant statutes, it may comply with the request. 2. The members' reservations and requirements shall be faithfully fulfilled. 3. The reservation must be confirmed and approved within 24 hours of the member's reservation Article 6 (Service Contents) a van service including drivers Article 7 (Compensation for Damage and Immunity) 1. The member or operation manager shall not be liable for any violation of this contract due to a natural disaster or force majeure. 2. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur to the members due to the suspension of the operation of this website. 3. The member may cancel the reservation 24 hours in advance due to personal circumstances. 4. The administrator may request cancellation in advance if the service is not available. Article 8 (compliance law and jurisdiction) Matters concerning these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Korean Law of the Republic of Korea. The lawsuit regarding the dispute between the company and its members is filed with the Incheon Central District Court. These terms and conditions shall apply from 1 December 2020.
